Terms & Conditions for pets during your stay:

1. Pets are permitted ONLY upon request made prior to booking and ONLY once accepted by the host.

2. Only small-sized dogs are permitted.

3. A maximum of one pet is allowed per accommodation.

4. A surcharge of €50 per stay will be applied for final cleaning; this must be paid at check-in.

5. A security deposit of €350 is required. This will be returned in full on the day of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection by the host.

Pet owners are held responsible for any damage caused to the property.

In the event of damage, the host will retain the security deposit; guests are required to report any such damage immediately.

6. Owners must bring all necessary supplies for their pet (food, hygiene items, etc.).

7. Guests are solely responsible for cleaning up all pet waste (solid or liquid).

8. The host assumes no liability for any loss, injury, or illness affecting the pet.

9. Pets may not be left unattended in the accommodation.

10. To avoid disturbing other residents, owners are asked to ensure their pets do not bark persistently. Any pet deemed a nuisance or a danger to other residents may be required to leave the premises immediately. The host reserves the right to make this decision at any time.

For any matters not explicitly covered here, the provisions of Article 2052 of the Italian Civil Code regarding animals shall apply.
